Cargo Carrier

The Cargo Carrier is an aquatic Large Vehicle that is teleported down using the Docks. Being an aquatic vehicle, it can only be ridden by a Rock Raider that has been trained as a Sailor. It is the "big brother" of the Rapid Rider, and is basically a mobile Large Cargo Hold.
The Cargo Carrier's main purpose is to transport various Small Vehicles, excluding the Tunnel Scout and Hover Scout, across Water. It cannot cross land. In order for a Small Vehicle to board the Cargo Carrier, the Carrier must be moved so that its ramp is facing a shoreline. It can load and unload a Small Vehicle, much like the Small Transport Truck to loads or unloads a Material. It moves at 1.5 squares/sec, and there are no upgrades available for the vehicle.
