Mining Laser
To do: Verify relationship between WallDestroyTime and actual shots needed, my tests show game speed seems to affect it for some unfathomable reason, but that might just be on my CPU/OS

The Mining Laser is a Building that mines Dirt, Loose Rock, Hard Rock, and Seams from a distance. For each time the Laser is fired, an Energy Crystal is drained, and must be recharged by a Recharge Seam. Also, like all laser equipped units, it can be quite useful as a weapon against Monsters. It has the same mining stats as the unupgraded Large Mobile Laser Cutter. It is one of the few buildings that appear in Lego Set form, and can be found in 4990 Rock Raiders HQ.
Upgrades
There is only one upgrade level for the Mining Laser.
UP1
An extra laser is added to the Mining Laser. Both can be fired for the power of one Energy Crystal, and the other mining stats are the same as the drill upgraded Large Mobile Laser Cutter

- Ore = 15 (or Building Stud = 3)
