- This article is about the Rock Raider vehicle. For the LEGO set, see 4980 Tunnel Transport.
This article is an unfinished work in progress or contains transferred information that needs to be rewritten or reformatted to fit our standards. Please excuse the mess and do not mark for deletion.
The Tunnel Transport is a gigantic flying vehicle that resembles a tandem rotor helicopter. It is called the workhorse of the Rock Raiders fleet, and can fly massive loads of equipment or minerals through places other vehicles can't cross. According to Rock Raiders - An Interactive Puzzle Storybook, it can fly at least up to 1160 km/h (720 mph), close to Mach 1. Despite, or possibly because of its massive bulk and power, it makes little appearance in media outside of the PlayStation game.
In LEGO Rock Raiders for Windows
The Tunnel Transport is not actually usable in the Windows version of LEGO Rock Raiders. Its only appearance in-game is in Frozen Frenzy, where the player must mine their way through hard rock to find it, with the explanation that it is to carry the Rock Raiders to a location safe from the ice monsters in that mission. Though it is impossible to use, it has a route speed of 0.3 blocks per second, with unprogrammed upgrades to 0.4 and 0.5 blocks per second.
For information on being able to use the Tunnel Transport in the Windows game, see [[1]].
In the PlayStation game
In the PlayStation version of LEGO Rock Raiders, the Tunnel Transport is one of the most common vehicles.
