He learns from the Lion Knights that the Bull Knights are in possession of a Constructopedia page, but the bridge that connects their two kingdoms together has been destroyed. Pepper dives into the sea to retrieve the pieces and rebuild the bridge. With the bridge rebuilt, he talks to the Bulls and they offer to return the page if Pepper gets their flag back from the Lion Knights. The Lion Knights subsequently tell Pepper that they will only return the Bulls' flag if he can beat the Dark Knight in a joust.
